![]() Hard to believe someone would move out of their home but leave their dog chained up to die? That is just what happened to poor Link. Luckily he ended up at a local shelter where he was safe and cared for. And on top of that, Link recently made his way to 11th Hour Rescue - we promise that better days are ahead for him. Link is 1-2 years old and weighs 53 lbs - he is quite a handsome boy as you can see. The volunteers at the shelter have worked with Link and he is one of the sweetest boys you will find. He loves getting attention and affection, and can be persuaded to learn easily, if love is the reward. Because of his rough beginning and not having lived in a house, he has a lot to learn but EHR is helping him learn to be a dog. He deserves a patient adopter who can continue to show Link just how life can be when you're not chained outside, never to know the joy of living with a family. Link is learning to walk on a leash and is doing well. He is great around other dogs and likes to play. He was fostered with another dog for a while and did great. The foster took him to a festival where there were lots of dogs and people and he behaved wonderfully. With a little time and patience, Link will make a great family pet or personal companion. If you'd like to make this super sweet boy part of your family, please fill out an application at www.ehrdogs.org and ask for him by name, LINK SCAS!
